QuoteCrew ("we," "us") provides a voice-to-quote tool for home-service professionals. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.
Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company, your rates), the quotes and job information you create in the app, and basic usage and error data (pages visited, session length, crashes) so we can keep the product working and improve it.
How we use it
To run your account, build and store your quotes, provide customer support, and improve reliability and features. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate QuoteCrew: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and an AI provider that turns your spoken job descriptions into quote line items. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and diagnose errors. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies; you can block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
Data retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and take reasonable measures to protect it. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. Removing a team member revokes their access; deleting your company removes its data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
