The service
QuoteCrew turns spoken job descriptions into itemized quotes using your saved rates. You review and approve every quote before it is sent — you are responsible for the accuracy of quotes you send to your customers.
Your account
Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.
Acceptable use
Don't use QuoteCrew for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Beta & pricing
QuoteCrew is currently free while in beta. Paid plans are planned; we'll give clear notice before any charges begin, and you can cancel at any time.
Your content
You own the quotes, rates, and customer information you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is.' Pricing suggestions and AI-generated line items are drafts for your review, not professional or financial advice. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuoteCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. You may stop using QuoteCrew at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
